Named for the two oversized weapons I strapped to Sei's back (M.E.A.N. stands for Massive Enemy Apparatus Neutralizer; it's a big fucking chainsaw that's appeared in my work before.) This took a hell of alot longer than it was initially supposed since I added in the little minions and a full background and foreground. Initially this had inked linework but I eliminated that aspect entirely, fully digital otherwise.
